Detailed guide to adding questions to the NineQuiz library

Method 1: Create questions directly

1. Access app.ninequiz.com and log in.
2. In the For Teachers area, select Question Library.
3. Click Create Question.
4. Select the appropriate category or question group if necessary.
5. Select one of the following question types:
   
• Single Choice: The test-taker selects one correct answer from the options.
• Multiple Choice: The test-taker selects two or more correct answers.
• Short Answer: The test-taker enters the answer manually; the teacher reviews and grades it.
• Short Answer with Correct Answer: The teacher sets the answer in advance for the system to automatically compare and grade.
• Word Ordering: The test-taker arranges words or content in the correct order.
• Drag and Drop Matching: The test-taker matches corresponding content into correct pairs.
• True/False: The test-taker determines if a statement is true or false.
• Multiple True/False (Grading Scale): The question consists of multiple statements; the test-taker determines true or false for each item and is graded based on the results.
• File Upload: The test-taker uploads a file as requested by the teacher.

1. Enter the question content, answer options, or necessary information corresponding to the selected question type.
2. Set the correct answer, order, matching pairs, or grading scale depending on each question type.
3. Review the content and select Save to add the question to the library.
4. Select Add New Question if you want to continue creating another question.

Method 2: Add multiple questions by importing a file

1. In the Question Library, select Add Question.
2. Select Upload File on the toolbar at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the category or group to apply to all imported questions. This can be left blank if no classification is needed.
4. Select the prepared question file in Word, PDF, or Excel format.
5. Upload the file to the system and check the content after processing.
6. Edit questions, options, or answers if necessary.
7. Select Save to add the questions to the library.

Note: The imported file must comply with the template structure specified by NineQuiz for the system to accurately recognize content, options, and answers. You should review all questions after importing before saving them to the library.
