For Word files, the system requires using the .docx format. For other templates, teachers need to use the correct format displayed on the NineQuiz interface.
Using AI when importing files
You can enable Use AI to assist in identifying questions with complex structures or documents that do not fully follow the template.
Note:
- Prioritize using sample files for the most accurate system recognition.
- Do not change column names or the structure of the template unless necessary.
- Double-check punctuation, formulas, images, and special characters.
- Always re-confirm correct answers and points after importing.
- If the file contains multiple question types, it should be divided into separate files or separate imports for easier checking.
- AI may inaccurately recognize documents with complex layouts, tables, or blurry images.
