The Create questions with AI feature helps teachers create or convert multiple questions to include in a Quick Quiz. AI supports three methods: creating from a Prompt, creating from a document, and pasting content to import.
Accessing AI tools
- Open the Quick Quiz you are editing.
- Select the AI icon on the toolbar.
- Choose a question creation method.
- Select the number and type of questions.
- Provide content or requirements.
- Proceed to create questions.
- Check the results before adding them to the Quick Quiz.
1. Create questions from a Prompt
This method allows teachers to describe the topic and requirements for the AI to build questions automatically.
How to do it
- Select the Prompt tab.
- Select the number of questions.
- Select the question type:
- Single choice.
- Multiple choice.
- True/False questions.
- Drag and drop matching.
- Enter the requirements into the Prompt box.
- Select the send icon to start creating.
- Check and add suitable questions to the Quick Quiz.
Prompt should provide
- Topic or subject.
- Target learners.
- Difficulty level.
- Question type.
- Number of answer options.
- Language used.
- Scope of knowledge.
- Answer requirements.
Example:
Create 5 single-choice questions about the Solar System for 6th-grade students. Each question has 4 options, basic level, and includes the correct answer.
The clearer the Prompt, the closer the generated questions will be to the requirements.
2. Create questions from a document
The Document method allows the AI to create questions based on documents provided by the teacher.
The AI will analyze the document and only create questions centered around the knowledge, information, and topics present in that document.
How to do it
- Select the Document tab.
- Upload the source document.
- Select the number of questions.
- Select the question format.
- Enter additional requirements for difficulty or target audience if needed.
- Proceed to create questions.
- Check the results before adding them to the Quick Quiz.
AI can extract:
- Concepts and definitions.
- Events or data.
- Core content.
- Relationships between knowledge points.
- Application scenarios based on the document.
Notes
- The clearer the document, the more accurate the results.
- Irrelevant pages should be removed before uploading.
- AI may inaccurately recognize tables, complex formulas, or blurry images.
- Do not upload documents containing confidential data, personal information, or content you do not have the right to use.
3. Paste content to import
This method is suitable when teachers already have a list of questions in Word or another document and want to transfer them into the correct Quick Quiz structure.
How to do it
- Select the Paste to import tab.
- Copy the question content from the source document.
- Paste the content into the input area.
- Select the corresponding question type.
- Proceed to import.
- Check the questions, options, and answers after processing.
Notes
- Content should be presented clearly and consistently.
- Separate questions, options, and answers.
- Do not paste multiple different question types at once if the structure is not uniform.
- Double-check special characters, formulas, and punctuation.
4. Set the number of questions
In the Number of questions section, enter or select the number of questions the AI needs to create.
You should create a moderate number each time to:
- Easily check content.
- Limit duplicate questions.
- Adjust the Prompt more conveniently.
- Control difficulty and answer quality.
If more questions are needed, teachers can perform the process multiple times with different requirements or topics.
Notes when using AI
- AI is only a supporting tool; teachers are still responsible for checking the content.
- Verify knowledge and answers before publishing.
- Remove duplicate, ambiguous questions or those with multiple plausible answers.
- Carefully check data, terminology, and formulas.
- Adjust the difficulty to suit the players.
- Check the points and question order after adding them to the Quick Quiz.
