Guide to inviting and approving students to join the class effectively

Learn how to invite students via email and approve class join requests quickly. Manage member lists effectively to start your session today!

Invite students

  1. Open the class you want to add members to.
  2. In the Members tab, click the + icon or select Invite members.
  3. Select Add students.
  4. Enter the student's email address.
  5. Select Add students to send the invitation.

The system will send a notification to the student's account. The student needs to confirm the invitation to officially join the class.

Approve join requests

  1. Open the class you need to manage.
  2. Go to the Members tab.
  3. Find the student waiting for approval.
  4. Check the student's information.
  5. Select Confirm to allow the student to join the class or Reject if the request is inappropriate.

Note: Teachers should verify the student's name and email accurately before sending an invitation or approving a request.
