Guide to viewing Quick Quiz submission list on NineQuiz

The Submissions section helps teachers track the list of participants, number of correct answers, completion time, and submission time.

Access the submission list

1. Log in to NineQuiz.
2. Select Quick Quiz.
3. Open the Quick Quiz you want to check.
4. Switch to the Submissions tab.
5. The list of submissions will be displayed.

Information in the list

• No.: The sequence number of the submission.
• Submitter: Full name and email of the player.
• Correct answers: Total number of accurately answered questions.
• Questions attempted: Number of questions the player answered.
• Time: Duration taken to complete the Quick Quiz.
• Submitted at: Date and time the system recorded the submission.

If the time field displays a "-", the system does not have duration data for that attempt.

Search for submitters

1. Enter a name or email in the Search by name or email box.
2. Select the search icon.
3. The list will display matching results.

Sort submissions

Click on the Submitted at header or the arrow icon to sort the list by the newest or oldest time.

View submission details

Click on the player's row to open detailed information if supported by the system. Teachers can check:

• Answered questions.
• Correct and incorrect questions.
• Answers selected by the player.
• Score or result of the attempt.
• Completion time.

Export list to Excel

1. Select Export Excel above the list.
2. Wait for the system to generate the file.
3. Download the file to store or aggregate results.

Notes

• A person may appear multiple times if the Quick Quiz allows re-participation.
• Check the email to distinguish between people with the same name.
• The number of questions attempted may be lower than the total questions if the player exits early, runs out of time, or plays in Sudden Death mode.
• Use the pagination bar at the bottom of the list when there are many submissions.
• You should check the total number of submissions before exporting results.
