How to import questions into Quick Quiz using a file and pasting conte

The Upload feature helps teachers add multiple questions to Quick Quiz from pre-prepared content or documents. The system supports two methods: Paste to import and Upload file.

Accessing the feature

1. Open the Quick Quiz you are editing.
2. Select Upload on the toolbar.
3. Select Paste to import or Upload file.
4. Enter content according to the correct structure.
5. Check the results after the system processes them.

1. Paste content to import

This method is suitable when teachers have questions in Word, Google Docs, or another document and want to copy them directly into Quick Quiz.

Steps to perform

1. Select the Paste to import tab.
2. Select the question type:
   
• Single choice.
• Multiple choice.
• True/False question.
• Multiple True/False (graded).

1. Copy content from the source document.
2. Paste into the input area.
3. Select Paste to import.
4. Wait for the system to convert the content into questions.
5. Check and edit before use.

Notes

• Questions in a single import should be of the same type.
• Content must clearly distinguish between questions, options, and correct answers.
• Avoid pasting documents with tables or overly complex layouts.
• Double-check special characters, formulas, punctuation, and line breaks.
• If there are multiple question types, perform multiple imports.

2. Upload question file

This method is suitable when teachers have prepared many questions in a file according to the Ninequiz template.

Steps to perform

1. Select the Upload file tab.
2. Download the appropriate template file provided on the interface.
3. Enter questions, options, and answers according to the template structure.
4. Save the file in a format supported by Ninequiz.
5. Select Upload file or drag and drop the file into the upload area.
6. Wait for the system to read and convert the data.
7. Check all questions after importing.

Notes

• Prioritize using the template file provided by Ninequiz.
• Do not arbitrarily change column names or the template structure.
• Do not leave question content or mandatory answers blank.
• Check file size and format before uploading.
• If the system requires Word .docx, save it in this format.
• For files with many questions, divide them into small groups for easier checking and error handling.

Checking after import

Teachers need to check:

• Content of each question.
• Question type.
• Number of options.
• Correct answers.
• Points for each question.
• Images, formulas, and special characters.
• Missing or duplicate questions.

Only publish the Quick Quiz after confirming that all questions have been converted accurately.
