The Duplicate feature helps teachers create a new Quick Quiz from existing content without having to re-compose all questions and settings.
Steps to perform
- Log in to NineQuiz.
- Select Quick Quiz on the menu bar.
- Open one of the tabs:
- Published.
- Drafts.
- All Quizzes.
- Find the Quick Quiz you want to duplicate.
- Click on the three dots icon on the Quiz card.
- Select Duplicate.
- Wait for the system to create a copy.
- Open the copy in the list to check and edit.
- Select Publish when finished.
Copied content
The copy may include:
- Quick Quiz title.
- Test interface.
- Information collection form.
- Questions, options, and answers.
- Points for each question.
- Sudden Death mode.
- Time limit and access schedule.
- Shuffle settings.
- Reward milestones.
- Configuration for pulling questions from the library.
Submissions, results, and statistical data of the old Quiz are not transferred to the copy.
Check the copy before publishing
- Change the title to distinguish it from the original.
- Update the time and access schedule.
- Check the Information collection form.
- Check questions, answers, and points.
- Review Sudden Death mode.
- Check reward conditions.
- Test the new link after publishing.
Notes
- The copy is an independent Quick Quiz.
- Changes to the copy do not affect the original.
- Each published version will have its own link or QR code.
- It is recommended to duplicate before making major edits to preserve the data of the old Quiz.
