Guide to resetting Ninequiz password

If you forget your password, you can set a new password by following these steps:

1. Access www.ninequiz.com.
2. Select Login.
3. Select Forgot password below the password input field.
4. Enter the email registered with your NineQuiz account, then select Complete.
5. Check your inbox and open the email sent by NineQuiz.
6. Click the confirmation link in the email to proceed with resetting your password.
7. Enter and confirm the new password.
8. Return to the login page and use the new password to access your account.

Note:

• Please enter the correct email used to register for NineQuiz.
• If you have not received the email, please check your Spam/Junk folder or request to resend the email.
• The password reset link may expire after a period of time. In that case, you need to repeat the steps above.
• To protect your account, you should use a strong password and not share it with others.
